Cocoa nibs
Cocoa nibs are dried and fermented pieces of cocoa beans, with a characteristic cocoa aroma and flavour. It is widely used for a crunch in breakfast, smoothies, yoghurt or baked goods.

Cocoa cake
Cocoa cake is a semi-finished product created during the processing of cocoa beans, specifically after (cocoa)butter has been pressed from cocoa mass. It is used to grind into cocoa powder.
